VI.1. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the 2025-2026 Interlocal Agreement for the ESC Region 11 Benefits Cooperative.

Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of certification to the State Board of Education (SBOE) and the commissioner that students have access to instructional materials covering all Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for all required subjects, except physical education; and in accordance with Texas Administrative Code 19 TAC Sec 66.105, Three Way does certify that they protect against access to absence or harmful content in compliance with the requirements for certification under the Children's Internet Protection Act, 47 USC Sec 254(h)(5)(B) and (C).
 

VI.3. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Snack Policy for Elementary and Secondary campuses in accordance with the Texas Department of Agriculture guidelines and the USDA Smart Snack school standards.
 

VI.4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of agreement with the Three Way ISD Education Foundation.
