5.1. Approve the updated Teacher Housing Rental Stipend to align with the updated rental increase, changing the eligible amount from paying over $740 per month to paying over $897 per month.
Description:
The teacher housing rental rates were increased at a recent board meeting. The teacher housing stipend was written using the rental rates and needs to be adjusted to align with the increase. There was an MOA initially between CSD and NEA for this, but it is now written into the Negotiated agreement. Included in the agreement is this sentence "the amounts listed will change depending upon the teacher housing rental cost changes, if any."

5.2. Approve alteration of Superintendent contract, and shared superintendency with Mt. Edgecumbe High School.
Description:
The new Chatham superintendent has an opportunity to do a dual superintendent position for FY 2026 between Chatham and Mt Edgecumb High School. This dual superintendence will open up opportunities for Chatham and Mt Edgecumb to partner and share services, therefore creating possibilities to save funds, offer additional educational experiences to students, and provide additional support to staff.

5.3. Executive Session to discuss the Superintendent Contract and Superintendent-Board relationship.
Description:
Closed executive session to discuss personnel matters, as authorized by AS 44.62.310(c)(2) for matters that tend to prejudice the reputation and character of a person.
