I. Call to Order (Board President): I call this meeting of the Elysian Fields ISD Board of Trustees to order. Let the record show that a quorum of board members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551

V. ACTION ITEM: Consider and adopt the 2025-2026 amended budget

VI. ACTION ITEM: Consider and adopt the 2026-2027 budget

VII. ACTION ITEM: Consider and take possible action to approve an Interest and Sinking tax rate that exceeds the minimum debt rate pursuant to Texas Tax Code §26.05(a-1) and Texas Education Code §44.004

VIII. ACTION ITEM: Consider and adopt a resolution to set the 2026 tax rate

IX. ACTION ITEM: Consider and adopt a resolution to commit fund balances

X. ACTION ITEM: Consider Approval of 2026-2027 Student Code of Conduct

XI. ACTION ITEM: Consider and take action to accept the Certification of Unopposed Candidates for the Elysian Fields Independent School District Board of Trustees election; adopt an Order declaring the unopposed candidates elected; and cancel the Board of Trustees election scheduled for November 3, 2026, in accordance with Sections 2.051–2.053 of the Texas Election Code
