1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Preston Joint School District No. 201 that a quorum of the Board of Trustees will be in attendance at a summer dinner where trustees, administrators, and directors will spend time with the new superintendent on June 26, 2025, from 5:45-7:45 PM at the home of Launa Moser located at 370 W 1600 S in Preston, Idaho.

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring, and no meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice fulfills Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
