Description:
A hearing was only held for one student tonight. The Board of Trustees met in executive session regarding student discipline. The board took action accordingly. Such action shall be documented in the student’s education record and is confidential pursuant to the Family Education Right and Privacy Act (FERPA), and other applicable state and federal codes and regulations.
