March 11, 2025 at 6:00 PM - Notice of Quorum

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Preston Joint School District No. 201 that a quorum of the Board of Trustees may be in attendance at the Preston School District Town Hall Community Event on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Preston High School Library located at 151 E 2nd S in Preston, Idaho.

At 6:00 PM in the high school library, the district superintendent finalists will have questions posed to them, as presented by a committee comprised of a teacher, a staff member, and a parent. The public is invited to attend. Patrons should use the east doors by the new gym to access the library if coming in person. The special event will also be broadcast to the community. 

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring, and no meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice fulfills Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices. Dated this 9th day of March 2025.
