August 28, 2026 at 5:30 PM - August 2026 Budget and Tax Rate Hearing

A thirty (30) minute time period is set aside to allow citizens to address the Board on any subject.  No action may take place in response, but the Board may consider future action.  Time is set aside preceding the action agenda to allow citizens the opportunity to comment or raise issues concerning items that will be considered for action by the Board.  Persons desiring to address the Board must complete a Speaker Registration Form and submit it to the Board President.  Individual time limits are three (3) minutes.  

1. Consider and possible action regarding adopting the 2026-2027 Budget.
2. Consider and possible action to accept the resolution to adopt 2026 AD valorem tax rate.
3. Consider and possible action to approve August 12th Minutes
4. Consider and possible action to approve budget amendments.
5. Consider and possible action to approve certification of unopposed candidates.  
6. Consider and possible action to approve the order of cancelation for November 3rd, 2026 election.
