VIII.A. School Board Retreat Review: Effective Governance and Decision
Description:
Board members and district leadership will continue the governance discussion initiated during the August 4 training by exploring a shared governance framework. The discussion will focus on strengthening the Board's confidence in decision-making and establishing clear processes that support effective governance, meaningful deliberation, and public trust.
