5.1. Request for Closed Session for the Purposes of Superintendent Evaluation and to Consider Purchase of Property (Action)
Description:
Superintendent Lemmer is recommending the Board of Education enter closed session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act section 8(a) for the purposes of the Superintendents Evaluation and section 8 (d) to consider the purchase of property. To do so requires a motion and a 2/3 vote of the board.

5.2. Return to Open Meeting (Action)
Description:
In order to leave a closed meeting and return to an open meeting, a motion, support, and 2/3 vote is required. Is there a motion?

5.3. Approval of Purchase of Land with Bond Funds (Action)
Description:
Superintendent Lemmer and Director of Finance Mrs. Schwartz are recommending the Board approve the attached Purchase agreement for the two parcels behind the school totaling over 57 acres of land in the amount of _________ to be paid from bond funds.
