Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of Chapter 21 Probationary Contract and/or Chapter 21 Dual Assignment Probationary Contract employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of Non Chapter 21 Contract and/or Non-Chapter 21 Dual Assignment Contract employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

9.D. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 full-time/part-time employment at Refugio ISD through a Letter of Agreement in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.
