8.C. Approve participation in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program and set breakfast and lunch prices for the 2026-2027 school year.

8.D. Approve Adjunct Faculty Agreement naming Boogie Barber, and Kimberly Davis, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service as adjunct faculty member of the Refugio ISD.

8.E. Adopt resolution recognizing the Refugio County, Texas 4-H Organization as approved for recognition and eligible for extracurricular status consideration under 19 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 76.1, pertaining to extracurricular activities.

8.F. Adopt TASB Policy Update 127, affecting local policies.

8.G. Approve Addition of Authorized Representative - First Public Lone Star

9. CLOSED SESSION - In accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.075

9.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.

9.B. To confer with employees of the school district to receive information or to ask questions.

10. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION

10.A. Take any action necessary resulting from discussions held during closed session.

10.B. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of Chapter 21 Probationary Contract and/or Chapter 21 Dual Assignment Probationary Contract employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

10.C. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of Non Chapter 21 Contract and/or Non-Chapter 21 Dual Assignment Contract employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

10.D. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 full-time/part-time employment at Refugio ISD through a Letter of Agreement in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

10.E. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2026-2027 full-time/part-time employment of Chapter 21 probationary and/or Non-Chapter 21 contract employee (s) of the GSEC Special Education Cooperative.
