8. CONSENT AGENDA 

8.A. Approve minutes from Special Board Meeting - January 12, 2026

8.B. Approve minutes from Regular Board Meeting - January 22, 2026 

8.C. Approve the Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials Survey 2026-2027

8.D. Authorize the Superintendent to seek waivers on behalf of the school district.

9. NEW BUSINESS

9.A. Consider resolution in accordance with Senate Bill 11 concerning daily period of prayer and reading of religious texts during the school day. 

9.B. Consider and approve the 2026-2027 Academic Calendar.

9.C. Order the cancellation of the regular trustee election for Single Member District #6, and Single Member District #7 and declare an unopposed candidate elected to office in accordance with Section 2.053(a) of the Texas Education Code.

9.D. Approve the Application for Delay of Teacher Certification

9.E. Consider renewal of 2026 Property/Windstorm Insurance. 

9.F. Consideration and action on offer to purchase tax sale property.

9.G. Goliad Special Education Cooperative - Shared Service Arrangement

10. CLOSED SESSION - In accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.075

10.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.
