9.A. Adopt TASB Policy Update 125, affecting local policies.

9.B. Adopt resolution recognizing the Refugio County, Texas 4-H Organization as approved for recognition and eligible for extracurricular status consideration under 19 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 76.1, pertaining to extracurricular activities.

9.C. Approve Adjunct Faculty Agreement naming Boogie Barber, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service as adjunct faculty member of the Refugio ISD.

9.D. Consider and approve the Resolution of the Board of Trustees for Refugio ISD self-certifying an increase of micro-purchase threshold for federally funded purchases.

10. CLOSED SESSION - In accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.075

10.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.

10.B. To confer with employees of the school district to receive information or to ask questions.

10.C. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2025-2026 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of Non-Certified Contract,Non-Certified Dual-Assignment Contract and Probationary Non-Chapter 21 Contract employees of the Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

10.D. Employment of probationary contract employee (s) for the 2025-2026 school year.

10.E. Employment of Non-Chapter 21 and/or Chapter 21 probationary contract employee (s) of the GSEC Special Education Cooperative for the 2025-2026 school year.

11. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION

11.A. Take any action necessary resulting from discussions held during closed session.

11.B. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2025-2026 proposed renewal, non-renewal, or termination of a Non-Certified Contract, Non-Certified Dual-Assignment and Probationary Non-Chapter 21 Contract employees of the Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.
