8.D. Order the cancelation of the regular trustee election for Single Member District #1, Single Member District #3 and Single Member District #5 and declare an unopposed candidates elected to office in accordance with Section 2.053(a) of the Texas Education Code.

8.E. Adopt TASB Policy Update 124, affecting local policies.

9. CLOSED SESSION - In accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.075

9.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.

9.B. To confer with employees of the school district to receive information or to ask questions.

9.C. Administrators: Assistant Superintendent, Academic Director, Athletic Director, GSEC Special Education Cooperative Director, Campus Principals, and Assistant Principal contract extensions or non-extensions.

9.D. Employment of probationary contract employee (s) for the 2025-2026 school year.

9.E. Employment of probationary Non-Chapter 21 and/or Chapter 21contract employee (s) of the GSEC Special Education Cooperative for the 2025-2026 school year.

10. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION

10.B. Superintendent's  recommendation on contract extension or non-extension of Assistant Superintendent, Academic Director, Athletic Director, GSEC Special Education Cooperative Director, Campus Principals and Assistant Principal contract extensions or non-extensions.
