8.B. Consider and approve the donation of an out-of-service school bus from Refugio ISD to the Refugio Volunteer Fire Department.

9.A. Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints against an officer or employee.

9.C. Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2024-2025 proposed renewal, nonrenewal, or termination of Term Contract employees of Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.

Superintendent's recommendation regarding 2024-2025 proposed renewal, nonrenewal, or termination of Probationary Contract, Probationary Dual-Assignment, and Probationary Non-Contract 21 employees of the Refugio ISD at the end of the contract term in the best interest of the school district and execute appropriate documents thereto.
