Description:  March 13th 2024, board meeting minutes are attached for review.

Description:  Business Manager Pat Rufo has provided the March check register and the quarterly financial report for the board to review.

Description:  Superintendent Watkins presents the hire of Karey Eastburn as the middle school track coach and Mackaeley Cullmer for the Instructional Assistant position. 

Description:  Superintendent Watkins shares the resignation of Brenda Dutra from the bus driver position for the district. 

Description:  Student Body President Ella Smith has provided a report for the board.

Description:  Maintenance Director, Shane Benscoter provided a maintenance update to the board. 

Description:  Transportation & Technology Manager, Dennis Boyd provided an update to the board.

Description:  Assistant Principal Katherine Tripp provided a report for the board.

Description:  Principal Brittany Bottensek provided a report for the board.

Description:  Superintendent Watkins will report to the board.

Description:  Attached is the Charter Contract that has been reviewed by both the administration and our legal team. Presented to the board today to approve.

Description:  The board may convene an Executive session Pursuant to ORS 192.660: To consider the employment of or the dismissal or disciplining of, or hear complaints or changes brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, to negotiate real property transactions. To consider records exempt by law from public inspection. To consult with counsel concerning current or possible litigation. To review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing. To consider matters relating to school safety or a plan that responds to safety threats made toward a school. 

Description:  Our first Budget Committee meeting will be held April 29th, time to be announced. The next Regular Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at 6 pm.
