Description:

Comments may be submitted in writing and/or verbally presented to the board—either format must meet the request deadline above. Comments submitted solely in writing will be read into the record during public comment and should take less than three minutes to read. Verbal comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person and 15 minutes maximum total for public comment.
