11. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Ouray City Council will enter an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) for a conference with the City Attorney and pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purposes of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing negotiation strategy, and instructing negotiators. The subjects of the executive session include threatened litigation against the City and an employment separation agreement. |
