9.2. Adopt Proposed Policy Modifications

9.4. Approval of Building Construction Joint Powers Agreement between the City of North St. Paul and Career & Technical Center

The City of North St. Paul has agreed to joint construction of a single dwelling home at 2007 6th Street North, North St. Paul, with the Career & Technical Center Construction Occupations students.

The recommendation is, the School Board approve the Building Construction Joint Powers Agreement with the City of North St. Paul for the project and location listed above for the 2024-25 school year.

9.5. Approval of Intereum Proposal

Mahtomedi Academy ALC has relocated to a new space located on the east campus of Century College. To better support the program’s educational goals, further modifications are required, including updates to staff and student workspaces. The design of the space was a collaborative effort between Northeast Metro 916 and Century College.
Recommended Motion(s):
The recommendation is, the School Board approve the proposal submitted by Intereum in the amount of $154,892.24.

The Board Forum provides School Board members with an opportunity to share items of interest and information from their home district. Board members may share verbal updates at the meeting which are pertinent to all of the member districts related to the following: MSBA, AMSD and special events in Northeast Metro 916 and Member Districts |
