Board Minute Language - "For the 2026-2027 school year, we delegate contractual authority to obligate the school district under Texas Education Code (TEC) §11.1511(c)(4) to the superintendent, solely for the purpose of obligating the district under TEC, §48.257 and TEC, Chapter 49, Subchapters A and D, and the rules adopted by the commissioner of education as authorized under TEC, 49.006. This included approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit or the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Netting Chapter 8 Funding)."

(DUPLICATE ITEM FROM JULY 2ND AGENDA - ALREADY COMPLETED) Consider and approve the Agreement Between the Boards of Trustees of the Divide ISD and the Ingram ISD for the 2026-2027 School Year which allows Ingram to accept those students in grades 7-12 who reside in the Divide ISD or are otherwise eligible to attend Divide ISD. NO ACTION NECESSARY

6.G. Notice of Designated Nonbusiness Days — Public Information Act
In accordance with Tex. Government  Code § 552.0031(f), Divide ISD has designated the following as non-business days for purposes of calculating PIA response deadlines: November 24–25, 2026; December 21–23 and 28–31, 2026; and March 15, 2027.
