1. PUBLIC HEARING:
   Public hearing on the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC, Comptroller Application #1807, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

2. ACTION ITEM:
Acknowledgment of Conflict-of-Interest Policies BBFA (LEGAL) and (LOCAL) in connection with an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC, Comptroller Application #1807, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

3. ACTION ITEM:
Consider and possible action to adopt the Findings of Fact of the Throckmorton Collegiate ISD Board of Trustees in connection with the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC, Comptroller Application #1807, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

4. ACTION ITEM:
Consider and possible action to approve the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property and enter into an Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Throckmorton Collegiate ISD and King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC, Comptroller Application #1807, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.
