10. Board Goal 1: By 2025, Throckmorton Elementary will be: a) a model school for Montessori, Conscious Discipline, and Leader in Me; b) retain 80% or more of effective teachers; c) continue to increase math and reading scores by 25%

 

11. Board Goal 2: Continue high obtainment of College and industry degrees: Associate’s (90% or better) and Bachelor’s Degrees (80% after graduation) and 70% of that group earning postgraduate degrees and 100% industry-based certification
