14.v. Acknowledgment of Conflict-of-Interest Policy BBFA (LEGAL) and (LOCAL) by
Individual Trustees of the Throckmorton Collegiate ISD Board of Trustees concerning an Application for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC.

14.vi. Discussion and possible action to accept an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from King Creek Wind Farm 3 LLC, pursuant to Texas Tax Code §313; authorize the Superintendent of Schools to review the Application for completeness and submit the Application to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts; and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for Board action beyond the 150-day Board review period, as may be required.

14.vii. Discussion/possible action item to Instructional Materials Certification form for 22-23 school year

14.viii. Discussion/possible action item to approve waiver for late start on 3-21-22 and days missed because of bad weather
