V.A. The Board will consider and take possible action regarding approval of the Consent Agenda:

V.A.1. Consider Board approval of the minutes for the regular meeting on July 20, 2022.

V.A.2. Consider Board approval of the minutes for the special meeting on August 8, 2022.

V.A.3.  Consider Board approval of the monthly financial statements.

V.A.4. Consider Board approval of any budget amendments.

V.B. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve a Workers Compensation Policy with Insurors of Texas.  

V.C. The Board will consider and take possible action regarding resolutions to name Falls County Extension Staff as adjunct MISD faculty and to recognize the Falls County  4-H Organization as eligible for extracurricular status.  

V.D. The Board will consider and take possible action to adopt an Order Authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of Mart Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds and Provisions Related Thereto; Levying a Tax and Providing For The Security and Payment of Such Bonds; and Enacting Other Provisions Relating Thereto.

V.E. The Board will consider and take possible action to accept an offer(s) to purchase Mart ISD property.  

VI.
