6. INFORMATION ITEM - COMMUNITY MEETING REGARDING THE NOVEMBER 3, 2026, BOND ELECTION, AND VOTER-APPROVAL TAX RATE ELECTION (VATRE):

The Board of Trustees will convene as part of a Lorenzo ISD community meeting regarding the District's November 3, 2026 Bond Election and Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE). Trustees, the administration, representatives from MWM Architects, and representatives from Government Capital will provide information regarding the District's identified facility needs, proposed facility improvements, project planning, estimated project costs, financing considerations, and the funding associated with the Bond Election and VATRE. The meeting will provide members of the community with an opportunity to receive information, ask questions, and discuss matters related to the District's facility needs, proposed improvements, and the two elections. Members of the Board of Trustees may receive information, ask questions, and participate in discussion regarding the posted subject matter. This item is provided for informational purposes only. No Board action will be taken. |
