3. WORKSHOP FOR A PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF THE TASB FACILITY STUDY.

Description:
The Board will participate in a workshop for a presentation and discussion of the TASB Facility Study conducted during the Spring semester. A representative from the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) will present the findings and recommendations based on the comprehensive evaluation of the district’s facilities.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide the Board with critical information to guide future planning efforts related to facility needs, including potential repairs, renovations, repurposing of existing spaces, or new construction. This discussion will support long-term strategic decisions to ensure district facilities can effectively meet current demands and future growth. The Board will take no action at this time. |
