1. Call to Order and Opening Prayer. The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.

2. Public Comments: All persons who address the Board at this time must sign up before the meeting begins.

3. Swear In Newly Appointed Board Member: Erasmo Garcia will be sworn in by Esmer Alcala. Mr. Garcia is filling the place that has been vacated by B. Davis.

4. Consideration and possible action to create a Full-Time School Police Security Position and advertise for applicants via the "Resolution of the Lorenzo ISD to Create a Police Department."
|
|
5. Begin process and timeline with Region 17 Education Service Center for the Superintendent search. Board will meet with Wayne Blount to discuss this process.
|
|
6. Team of 8 Training: Mr. Wayne Blount, Associate Executive Director of Administrative Services with ESC 17, will conduct the training.
