Received via email from Thomas Haley, Construction Analyst, of IIIFFC on June 6, 2022. Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 et. Seq.), the Indiana, Illinois, Iowa Foundation for Fair Contracting (III FFC) respectfully requests the following information regarding the 2022 Alterations and Life Safety project:
As a not-for-profit organization serving the public interest, we respectfully request the waiver of any fees for copying the requested records.
