This waiver is due to a time crunch in order to prepare for school re-opening

2.A.1.a. Bid Waiver for BMS Remediation Work
Rationale:
At Bethel Middle School, we noticed what appeared to be mold around some of the soft surfaces and areas of higher condensation. Testing confirmed the presence of mold on soft surfaces including cork boards and ceiling tiles, which require remediation. It is critical that the remediation be performed quickly and in accordance with EPA and OSHA guidelines. |
