4.B.1. Job Description 1.09 - Supervisor of Facility and Security Operations
Speaker(s):
Christine Carver
Rationale:
As you are all aware, Mr. Germinaro is retiring at the end of this school year. As is practice, we like to update the job description prior to engaging in the hiring process. We also believe that his job has changed significantly. While at one point, the job may have been more "hands-on", now it is much more about project management and supervision of staff. The changes in the job description reflect those changes in the role.
|
4.B.2. Job Description 6.07 - Payroll Coordinator
Speaker(s):
Christine Carver
Rationale:
Our current Payroll Coordinator will be retiring in the spring after a long and distinguished tenure in the Bethel Public Schools. Again, with a change in personnel, it is a good time to update the job description to reflect the current role.
