2. Policy & Regulation 1212 - School Volunteers

Rationale:
As discussed in our previous meeting, we need to create a definition of a volunteer vs. a school visitor or supervised helper. The distinction will create a sperate set of protocols. Upon further reflection, we are recommending that the Board consider using the Shipman and Goodwin model policy for volunteers. This document creates the distinction (in the regulartions) that we believe we need in determining who is a volunteer.
