Rationale:
Annually we update the Board of Education on our goals for the coming school year, aligned to our strategic plan. We have shifted the presentation from being soley about standardized testing data and focusing on a variety of indicators (standardized and nonstandardized) to improve student outcomes. Beginning last year, we began developing a single document that tracks a variety of student outcomes to support our work as a system. We will use the information as measures to support our work. In the presentation, we will take an indepth look at our increasing enrollment patterns to address student needs.

8.A.1. Job Description - 1.10, Health Services Coordinator
Rationale:
As you are aware, with the resignation of our Health Coordinator and with an uncertain state budget, we have put the position on hold. There are some responsibilities which must continue, that only a nurse can do. As a short term solution, we thought that offering a stipend to one of the other school nurses would be a viable solution.
There is a timeliness to get this done as some of the duties are necessary immediately. Mrs. Budris reviewed the Health Coordinator's job description and pulled out the critical functions which need to continue. We would like to offer the same stipend as Curriculum Coordinators ($3998) as the duties beyond the work day are comparable.
