Rationale:
Policy 5141.4, Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect was revised to reflect legislative changes. The policy itself has been reviewed by our attorneys at Shipman and Goodwin and the Bethel Board of Education, Policy Subcommittee. The Policy Subcommittee gave input and our attorneys made further revisions. The attached draft reflects the changes and questions.
