6. OLD BUSINESS: Seventh Street Property (Old Middle School)
Consideration and possible action regarding (i) the only proposed bid received by the District from RDC-SDP Development Partners, LLC in the amount of $250,000.00 in response to the solicitation of bid for the sale of the District’s interest in the following described property, and (ii) regarding the adoption of a Resolution subject to the successful negotiation of the additional terms and conditions sale as set forth in a Real Estate Sales Contract acceptable to the District, and authorize the Superintendent to negotiate the additional terms and conditions of sale as set forth in a Real Estate Sales Contract as set forth in the Resolution: Tract 1: Approximately 5.6 acres of land, out of the J. Winsett Survey, Williamson County, Texas, commonly known as and referred to as the 7th Street Taylor High School/Middle School Campus located at 410 West Seventh Street in Taylor, Texas. Tract 2: Approximately 0.86 acre of land, being located out of the north part of Block Four (4) of the Dickson Addition, City of Taylor, Williamson County, Texas, and also being located at W 9th Street in Taylor, Texas. Together with all of the District’s right, title and interest, if any, in and to that portion of Fowzer Street located between Tract 1 and Tract 2.

12. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Gov't Code 551.001) The Board will conduct a closed session to discuss items related to personnel (Texas Gov't Code, Section 551.074) additionally; the Board may wish to consult with its attorney to receive legal advice regarding legal issues pertaining to proposed bid received by the District and subsequent negotiation of a contract for the Property located on 7th Street & 9th Street. Taylor Texas, commonly referred to as the 7th Street Property (Texas Gov't Code, Section 551.071) Any action will be taken in Open Session.
