5. Reconvene open meeting taking action on items from closed session as needed. Should any final action , final decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the School Board with regards to any matter considered in such closed or executive session then the final action, final decision, or final vote shall be either:
i. In the open meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting; or ii. At the subsequent public meeting of the School Board upon thereof; as the School Board shall determine. |

Consider and possible Board action to approve the proposed purchase of Real Estate, including possible delegation of authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute a Real Estate Purchase Agreement and possible approval of Resolution Regarding the Purchase of Real Property for the: Approximately 24.5670 acres of real property located at FM 1276 Livingston, Texas 77351 and listed as Property ID #71000/ Geographic ID #10684001300 in the Polk County Appraisal District Records of Polk County, Texas. |
7. Consider and possible Board action to approve the proposed purchase of Real Property, including possible delegation of authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute Real Estate Purchase Agreement(s) and possible approval of Resolution Regarding the Purchase of Real Property for the: Approximately 1.2470 acres of real property located at 9642 County Line Road, Livingston, Texas 77351 and listed as Property ID #/20879/ Geographic ID #10684001400 in the Polk County Appraisal District Records of Polk County, Texas; and, Approximately 2.6928 acres of real property located at 9311 FM 1276, Livingston, Texas 77351 and listed as Property ID # 71001/ Geographic ID #10684001401 in the Polk County Appraisal District Records of Polk County, Texas. |
