11. Consider approval to add Board Policy EHB (Local) Curriculum Design: Special Programs. In accordance with administrative procedures, the District shall provide regular training opportunities for teachers of students with dyslexia that include new research and practices for educating students with dyslexia.

12. Consider approval to add Board Policy EHBAA (Local) Special Education: Identification, Evaluation, and Eligibility. When a student transitions from early childhood intervention (ECI) to early childhood special education (ECSE) services, the District shall develop and implement an individualized education program (IEP) by the child's third birthday.

13. Discuss and consider approval of recommended revisions to COVID-19 Response Protocols.

16.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, including to conduct a Level III hearing on a student matter.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including to conduct a Level III hearing on a student matter.

16.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to conduct a Level III hearing on a student matter.
