Description:  Certification by the President that the Provision of Section 551.041Sub Chapter C Government Code as amended by the 73rd Legislature has been complied with in connection with Public Notice of this meeting and a Quorum is present.

Description: 

1. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section §551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code, including to conduct a Level III hearings.

 

2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including to conduct a Level III hearings.
