Consider approval of August 17,2026 minutes of the regular board meeting. 

Payment of Accounts, Financial Report, Budget Amendment and Approve Tax Report for August 2026.

Consideration and approval of an Order authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Prairiland Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2026; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the Bonds; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the Bonds, including the approval and distribution of a Notice of Sale and an Official Statement pertaining thereto; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and an official bid form; complying with the Letter Of Representations on file with the Depository Trust Company; and providing an effective date.

Consider Adoption of the 2027 Tax Rate
