Discuss and Consider Approval of an Order by the Board of Trustees of the Chisum Independent School District authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of “Chisum Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building and Refunding Bonds, Series 2026”; levying an annual ad valorem tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Purchase Contract and a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement relating to such bonds; approving the preparation of an Official Statement and Escrow Agreement; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
