Description:  Consent Agenda items are routine business items which occur on a regular basis. All items are grouped to enhance the effectiveness of such matters. Discussion and possible action to accept an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from Pine Forest Solar I, LLC, pursuant to Texas Tax Code 313, authorize the Superintendent of Schools to review the Application for completeness and submit the Application to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts; and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for Board Action beyond the 150-day Board review period, as may be required.

6.B. Texas Gov't Code 551.071 - Consult with legal counsel, as necessary, to address legal concerns, implications, and questions regarding the posted agenda items.
6.C. 551.074 Personnel: Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
