4. EXECUTIVE SESSION

4.A. The meeting is to be closed 1) to receive and discuss the recommendation of administration to propose non-renewal of the 2024-2025 term contract for the following individuals under Policy DFFB as part of the District’s Reduction in Force and as a result of the program and staffing changes approved by the Board. Attached as Exhibit 1 is the list of individuals to be reviewed and considered by the Board.  This item is being considered under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074; 2) to receive and discuss the recommendation of administration to terminate the probationary contract at the conclusion of the contract period for the following individuals under Policy DFAB to serve the best interests of the District.  Attached as Exhibit 2 is the list of individuals to be reviewed and considered by the Board. This item is being considered under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074.

5. NEW BUSINESS

5.A. Discuss and take action on a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the Socorro Independent School District Tax and Revenue Anticipation Note, Series 2025; providing for the security and payment thereof; approving a note purchase agreement; and enacting other provisions related thereto

5.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendation of administration to propose non-renewal of the 2024-2025 term contract for the following individuals under Policy DFFB as part of the District’s Reduction in Force and as a result of the program and staffing changes approved by the Board. Attached as Exhibit 1 is the list of individuals reviewed and considered by the Board

5.C. Discussion and action to specify the manner of hearing in accordance with Policy DFBB (Local) for individual employees who were issued notice of the proposed non-renewal of a term contract

5.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendation of administration to terminate the probationary contract at the conclusion of the contract period for the following individuals under Policy DFAB to serve the best interests of the District. Attached as Exhibit 2 is the list of individuals reviewed and considered by the Board
