INFO: **The District solicited a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain Bond Counsel Services in connection with a potential Socorro ISD Bond Program. The Socorro Independent School District issued this RFQ for Bond Counsel for a full range of Bond Counsel Services that the District may prospectively require. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first step in a two-step process for selecting a Firm. The RFQ process provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications for consideration and initial ranking by the district. The District will negotiate fees with the awarded firm.
