The Board will enter into a closed meeting to discuss personnel matters, to consult with attorney, to discuss real estate matters, to consider recommendations for hiring of personnel or termination of personnel and other personnel matters under Sec. 551.071, 551.072 and 551.074, Texas Gov. Code:

2.A. Conduct the 2021-2022 Evaluation of the Superintendent and discussion regarding the Superintendent's Employment Contract pursuant to sections 551.071 and 551.074 of the Texas Government Code

3. THE BOARD WILL RETURN TO OPEN SESSION TO TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE MATTERS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

3.A. Discussion and possible action to approve annual evaluation of Superintendent
