Due to previously scheduled commitments for administrative staff, the College requests the Board consider rescheduling the April regular Board meeting. The Board will discuss and determine whether an alternate meeting date is preferred. |

V.e. Discussion Regarding Regular Board Meeting Schedule
Description:
The Board of Regents currently holds its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month at 12:00 p.m. The Board will discuss the current meeting schedule and consider whether any adjustments to the regular meeting dates and/or time would better support Board operations and member availability. Any recommended changes will be brought back for possible action at a future meeting.

Description:
Frank Phillips College received TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 50. As part of this update, TASB has provided a corrected version of Board Policy BD (LOCAL) to reflect previously coordinated revisions. The Board is asked to consider adoption of the Update 50 (LOCAL) policy changes as recommended by TASB Community College Services.
