Description:
Attached is One (1) Tax Deed and corresponding Property Cards for Trust Properties in Borger.
The property card is attached simply for your reference when considering the deed. The following is the parcel and bidder information for the Tax Deed that is attached to this email: Parcel 14576, bidder Steven Wells for the amount of $50.00. Mr. Wells also completed the demolition and cleanup of the property through an agreement signed with the City of Borger. The City has confirmed that the cleanup has been completed. The money has been received for the property and is being held per your approval.

VI.f. 2024 Proposed Tax Rate
Description:
No-new-revenue tax rate: $0.22664/$100
Voter-Approval tax rate: $0.25180/$100 De minimus rate: $0.26464/$100 Proposed tax rate: $0.22/$100 Tax hearings are not required. The Tax Rate will be adopted at the Board of Regents' meeting on Monday, September 16, 2024.

Description:
The academic calendar requires revision to reflect the recent decision to adjust the commencement date accurately. The updated commencement will occur on May 3, 2025, and will consist of two distinct ceremonies.

Description:
The Board no longer needs to designate a seat for the Spring Creek school district due to Spring Creek's closure, making it an inactive entity. As a result, there is no necessity to allocate Seat Number 9 specifically to the Spring Creek district.
