VI.f. Allen Campus Roofing Project
Description:
The roofs at the FPC - Allen Campus sustained hail and other weather-related damage in May 2021. The college recently signed a settlement on the damage from the college insurance carrier (PEAT) in the amount of $1.1 million with the college to receive $847,507.27.
LBK Roofing has proposed a bid of $792,387 to repair the roofs. LBK has been performing small repairs on the college roofs at no charge. LBK (dba TREMCO) is an approved vendor with OMNIA, which is a purchasing cooperative agent. The college has used the OMNIA purchasing cooperative since 2003. As TREMCO is an approved vendor with OMNIA, the college may accept their bid without going through bidding requirements.

VI.g. Rahll Campus Worforce Building
Description:
Thanks to a very generous donation by Gene and Louise Rahll, Frank Phillips College and the Dalhart area were the recipients of a new 24,000 square foot college campus. Mr. and Mrs. Rahll have made many contributions to the Dalhart community to enhance the quality of life, make Dalhart a better place to live and give local citizens an opportunity to better their lives through education.
