Description:
Scott Radach is tendering his resignation as a Regent of the Frank Phillips College Board of Regents.

II.b. Appointment of New Member to FPC Board of Regents
Description:
The Board of Regents for Frank Phillips College consists of nine members. With the resignation of Scott Radach, the Board has only eight members.

II.d. Update Bank Signatories

Description:
Removal of Teri Langwell as signatory on all Frank Phillips College bank accounts.

II.e. Public Funds Investment Officer
Presenter:
Dr. Glendon Forgey
Description:
Teri Langwell was the designated Public Funds Investment Officer for the college. The only investment in which the college has recently participated is the State of Texas is the TexPool account. TexPool is the oldest and largest local government investment pool in the State of Texas, providing investment services to over 2,000 communities. Jackie Brand has had access to the college TexPool account for a number of years.

Description:
Last month the Board approved establishing TexPool accounts for the branch campuses. The Athletics Department has been raising funds for various athletic related projects and are requesting the establishment of a TexPool account to invest donated funds.

The Board of Regents previously approved implementing a Diesel Mechanic program beginning in Perryton. Administration requests approval to expand the program into Dalhart and Borger.
