Description:  The Phillips High School Alumni Association graciously donated $10,000 to the FPC Development Corporation to start an endowed scholarship in memoriam of Jackie Lawson.
The Dalhart Education Foundation graciously donated $70,038.20 for the Louise and Gene Rahll scholarships for Dalhart students.
The Borger Economic Development Corporation graciously donated $46,620 towards purchasing equipment in alignment with the High Demand Jobs Training grant.
The Borger Economic Development Corporation graciously donated $50,000 for the Boomtown Scholarship fund for Borger High School graduates.

Description:  Policy Update 41 for the Board Policy Manual from TASB contains (LEGAL) and (LOCAL) policy changes.  (LEGAL) policy changes should be reviewed.  (LOCAL) policy changes, which are recommended by TASB Commuity College Services, must be added, revised, or deleted.  See attachments for details regarding the updates. 

(LOCAL) policy changes are attached for review.  They will be an action item on the agenda at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.

Description:  The Board of Regents for Frank Phillips College consists of nine members.  With the resignation of Derek Thompson, the Board has only eight members.
