1. Establishment of Quorum, Call to Order.

2. Public Comment - The board encourages comments from students, parents, citizens of the district and district employees. Anyone wishing to speak is encouraged to review district policy BED (LOCAL) regarding public participation at Special Board meetings. Individuals who wish to participate in public comment at any board meeting that is not a regular board meeting shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting. Time will be limited to one to five minutes at the discretion of the presiding officer.
