5. Public Comment The board encourages comments from students, parents, citizens of the district and district employees. Individuals who wish to participate during this portion of the meeting shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee before the meeting begins and shall indicate the agenda item or topic on which they wish to address the Board. 9.B. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property
A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. |
